ADHD, the drug free way
Hello! Welcome to my newsletter.
The purpose of this newsletter is to share with you how I handle every day life with ADHD, but without ADHD medication. I will share tips, tools and strategies for you to introduce in to your own life so you too can manage your ADHD.
I won't ever refer to my ADHD as a superpower. That's not me. Although I do believe that many of my ADHD traits have allowed me to succeed in many parts of my life, I also feel that only until very recently, it was a complete pain in my arse!
In the last 8 months, however, that has changed. It’s not the pain in my arse that it used to be and ’m finally starting to feel like I’m winning.
I'm not going to sit here and tell you I am smashing 100% of my life. That would just be complete BS. But what I will say, is that since I started following the drug free method (thanks Joe Pack!) 100% of my life is better, even if some parts have only improved by 1%!!
